Business Management

The Division of Business Management (DBM) manages WisDOT's day-to-day business in the areas of personnel, payroll, information technology, research, library, facilities, fleet, purchasing, fiscal services, graphic design, video services, printing, and risk and safety programs.

The Business Services Bureau provides a wide array of services including centralized purchasing, fiscal services (expenditure, revenue and project accounting), fleet and facilities services, employee safety and risk management services, research and library services, records and forms management, communication support and warehousing and distribution. The Human Resource Services Bureau administers WisDOT's personnel, employment relations, employee assistance, payroll and benefits, and training and development programs. (608) 266-2615

The Information Technology Services Bureau (BITS) creates and maintains information solutions that enable the Department of Transportation to provide quality, efficient and effective services for its customers. (608) 266-0033
