The Wisconsin Department of Transportation solicits for design or related consultant services on a bimonthly basis. The schedule below indicates important dates in that process. The Solicitation Date is the date that projects needing consultant services will be published on the Internet. All consultant questions related to published projects are due to the designated project contact by the Project Questions Due date. All notice of interest questionnaires need to be ESubmitted by 12 noon on the NOI Return Date. Refer to solicitation procedures for more information.
