• December 2002 - WisDOT recommends against funding until 2004
• July 2002 - TPC hearing in Richland Center
• March 2002 - Final Environmental Impact Study (FEIS) approved and final recommendations made

1999 - 2000

• October 2000 - Transportation Planning Commission (TPS) does not recommend funding approval
• August 2000 - TPC hearing in Madison
• February 2000 - Draft EIS (DEIS) approved
• July 1999 to December 2000 - 13 meetings with project advisory group, public, city and county officials
• Spring 1999 - EIS started

1994-1996

• October 1996 - Study published and distributed
• January 1995 to June 1996 - 15 meetings with project advisory group, public, city and county officials
• November 1994 - Feasibility study begins
• July 1994 - Viroqua Transportation/Bypass Committee Report
