The first step you must take, as the tall
tower sponsor, is to determine if an FAA case study is required.
To do this, go to the
website, use the Notice Criteria Tool on the lower left side
of the webpage to determine if you need to file a notice of
proposed construction with the FAA. If the FAA requests that you
file, follow the ‘Instructions on how to E-file’ link on the
OE/AAA home-page, it will guide you through the filing process.
